UX Designer & Strategist, Writer
With almost two decades of experience as a web UX designer and storyteller, I have the skills to create work that delights users and solves problems.
I’ve built nearly a dozen complex websites for B2B/B2C businesses, NPR member stations, and news organizations. My work for KSUT.org, for which I’m the architect and editor, has been recognized with two statewide awards for excellence in design and usability.
I’ve also managed marketing campaigns for SaaS products and outdoor recreation gear.
My background informs my work: Before becoming a designer, I was a public radio programming director, managing news editor, and reporter. I’m the recipient of two Edward R. Murrow Awards, including a national, for my feature reporting and documentary production.
In my free time, I find inspiration in music, recording tech, landscape photography, bike rides, and books.
I also produce and host a public radio show called Box of Visions, where I play new and eclectic music.
