Team: Me, KSUT management and staff, NPR Digital Services and IT staff.

Tools: Grove (CMS), Adobe Audition, Photoshop, Lightroom, Google Suite, Slack

My work: I am currently (2024) directing all aspects of KSUT’s website, including design, editorial strategy, and analytics.

As project manager for the site, I led an 8-person team through a complex CMS migration, serving as scrum master and steering work sprints.

My work also included creating a new design and content features.

Result: The site was recognized by the Colorado Broadcasters Association as the Best Station Website – Small Market in 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021. The redesigned UI and navigation helped triple site traffic and time on site.

Four Corners Edition

My role: Project Manager, Managing Editor

Team: Me, KSUT management and staff

Goal: To create a radio newsmagazine for an NPR station.

My work: I designed a framework for news segments and flexible wraparound narration. I also contracted a logo designer and a local composer (for the show’s theme music). My role also included creating branding and marketing for the show and guiding it to on-air and online launch. Post-launch, I served as the program’s managing editor.

Result: The program served the station’s mission to provide news
coverage to underserved communities and in a region with a lack of news outlets.
