  • Designed and developed Topotheworld.org student journalism website for Western Colorado University. Created technical documentation and training materials for contributors, Now serve as site administrator. Students now have tools to quickly and efficiently post their work.
  • Created Tribalradio.org for Native American broadcaster. Created technical documentation and trained station staff. Site visits now exceed 3,000 per month. Contributors empowered to understand technical underpinnings of site and manage it effectively. Organization now has vital online voice for Native and Indigenous news.

Provided SEO copywriting and accessible UX design for large-scale refresh of public sector website kingcounty.gov, which serves 2.5+ million users. Built more than 350 web pages in Sitecore 10 CMS, following internal sitemaps and style guides.

  • Rewrote complex content focusing on SEO and easy reading (8th-grade level).
  • Collaborated with county agency subject matter experts to create clean and unified content, user interfaces, and site structures.
